Jack London Square Parking Structure
The project is a complex mixed-use parking/retail transit development on a confined urban site within immediate proximity to key PG&E, Amtrak and Union Pacific Railroad infrastructure. MidState produced and erected one-piece, seven-story high columns around the entire project. The columns and foundations were designed to allow the columns to be freestanding once the grouted sleeve connection had set, allowing for clear path of access through the site.

The Parking Lot Tracking System at British Telecom, located in El Segundo, California, combines solar energy with the sustainability and durability of prestressed precast concrete to create an innovative environmentally friendly solution that reduced the cost and maintenance requirements of going solar. The 500 KW-AC solar photovoltaic system at the British Telecom headquarters is the first to use long-span, prestressed precast structures for mounting.
