About Project:
Mid-State Precast provided 1,600 pieces of pre-cast building components for this 450-unit dormitory, the largest of the three building, 450,000 SF complex. The dormitory was constructed entirely of precast structural panels and other components. The use of flyash in the precast mix contributed to a LEED Gold certification. Design-build project delivery.
