About Project:
Mid-State Precast produced and erected 95 columns, 223 beams and 70 spandrels for the three-level JC Penney parking structure. The exterior skin is a combination of open cable rail and precast concrete spandrel panels on the parking structure and glass storefront systems for a planned 45,000 square feet of retail. Design-build, fast-track project completed in seven months, meeting the client's need to have the new parking on line for the holiday shopping season.
