About Project:
The Paramount is the tallest precast concrete structure in a high seismic zone. The towering building reaches a height of 425 feet. The project is built with the innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame in a tube arrangement. Precast frame components serve as both the structure and architecture of the building. Mid-State Precast is unmatched in its ability to produce structural precast elements with an architectural finish. This design-build project was constructed in a 25-month schedule.
