About Project:
Mid-State Precast worked closely with Pankow under a design-build format to complete this three-level, 480,000 SF parking structure in only eight months. Using the Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame (PHMRF) system allowed for the structure to remain totally open for security and functional purposes as well as enhanced seismic performance. Many architectural details were incorporated into the structure to complement the adjacent shopping center.
