About Project:
Westside Media Center is a four-level office campus that is the first to use the innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame (PHRMF) in Southern California. Comprised of two four-level office buildings with two levels of subterranean parking for 980 cars, the structure consists of precast concrete columns and beams with cast-in-place concrete structural decks. The interior office space is loft-style with exposed structure.
