About Project:
White Memorial Medical Center is located in the heart of old Los Angeles on historic Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard. Mid-State Precast was selected as a design/build partner for the new White Memorial Medical Office Building and subterranean parking structure. The new Medical Office Building replaced an existing MOB and consists of four levels over a basement floor level and uses the innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame (PHRMF) structural system. This building's architecture blends thematically with existing buildings on the hospital campus.
