About Project:
This urban grocery store involved restoration of a landmark building including roof-top parking for 204 cars. The exposed long-span Double-Ts act as the roof of the grocery store expansion, providing a dual parking/retail purpose -- a unique solution to the space dilemma of the tight urban site. Mid-State's early involvement with the design-builder was a critical part of both the projects's solution and progress.
