Project Description: The Paramount is the tallest precast concrete structure in a high seismic zone. The towering building reaches a height of 425 feet. The project is built with the innovative Precast Hybrid Moment Resistant Frame in a tube arrangement. Precast frame components serve as both the structure and architecture of the building. MidState Precast is unmatched in its ability to produce structural precast elements with an architectural finish. This design-build project was constructed in a 25-month schedule.
