Project Description: This four-story, Class A, Type 1 office building houses the Department of Public Social Services. Working with MidState Precast, Pankow's Design-Build guarantee enabled the project's owner to secure the bond financing required to build the project. Along with the office building, the project included this stand-alone 495-car precast parking structure.
