About Project:
Twenty-story office building with a total of 487,000 square feet of Class A space and 29,000 sqaure feet of ground-level retail space. The structure occupies a full city block and has two levels of subterranean parking. Mid-State Precast provided precast columns, girders and beams to frame the plaza portion of the underground parking.
