The Life Time Fitness gym (LTF) in Folsom is nearing completion of this new building erection. This project is using NorCal-based Pankow carpenters and laborer crews to erect all of the precast members, which are produced and trucked from MidState.

Kaiser Baldwin Park MOB & Parking Structure, Baldwin Park, CA: Pankow was recently awarded this new construction project of a 60,000 SF medical office building and 800-stall parking structure for Kaiser's Baldwin Park campus. Our current working relationship with Frank R. Webb Architects (Team FWA) on Kaiser Murrieta MOB translated well during the pursuit and presentation of Baldwin Park MOB. Bringing together great minds and innovative ideas lead to this award and had unanimous selection from Kaiser. Notably, in partnership with Midstate Precast, this project includes a design-build hybrid precast parking structure with light beam design.
